This page explains how to delete your Treatly account and the personal data linked to it.
Treatly is published on Google Play as Treatly (treatly.me).
Delete in the app (recommended)
While signed in on treatly.me or the Treatly app:
- Open Profile → Privacy & family → Delete my account.
- Enter your password (we do not autofill this field).
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account forever.
- Your account and personal data in Treatly are removed immediately after verification succeeds.
You must cancel an active Treatly Pro subscription separately in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions).
Or request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered address (or explain if you no longer have access). We verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.
- Email support@treatly.me with subject Delete my Treatly account.
- Include the email address you used for Treatly.
- We confirm by reply when deletion is finished, or ask for more information if needed.

When deletion completes (in-app or by email), we delete or anonymise personal data tied to your account, including:

What we may keep (and for how long)

Content you previously shared with friends (for example treats or task assignments) will no longer be associated with your account after deletion. Friends may still have their own local or cached copies until they refresh the app; we remove your data from Treatly’s live databases as part of this process.
Before you delete
- Cancel an active Treatly Pro subscription in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions) before or after requesting deletion.
- Sign out on devices you no longer use.
- If you only want to export data first, email support@treatly.me before requesting deletion.
